Can I forward my calls to other Actionvoip users?^ top

Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (Actionvoip) user name.

How long does my credit last for calls?^ top

The credit you have purchased will NOT expire.

How much will I be charged for my calls?^ top

Calls will be charged at the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees! If you make a phone-to-phone call you will be charged a 5 eurocent starting fee.

The name KeyCollect appears on my credit card / bank statement. Who is this?^ top

KeyCollect processes payments for Actionvoip. Therefore the name KeyCollect will appear on your credit card / bank statements.

Can I call a destination not included in your country list?^ top

Unfortunately not at the moment. Only destinations which we are able to offer at discounted rates are included in our destinations list. Therefore, if the country you wish to call is not included in the list, we do not offer it yet. To stay informed of all new destinations and price deals please subscribe to our free newsletter.

Can I get Actionvoip in my favorite language?^ top

In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.

Can a company sign up?^ top

Yes. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers.

Can I become a local agent for Actionvoip ?^ top

Yes, it is possible to become a local agent. In order to be considered as a local agent we require a payment of at least 15 Euros by Western Union, Cashu, Ukash, Bank Transfer, iDeal or SofortÜberweisung/DirectEbanking.

PLEASE NOTE: Accounts that have already redeemed vouchers or received moneytransfers, or have done a credit card related payment will NOT get the local agent status. The money deposited on those accounts will NOT be refunded or transferred back to the local agent account where it came from. In this case we advise you to open a new account.
